When you sign up for your free trial, you will see a notice on the checkout page indicating the day the trial ends, and that you will be charged if you do not cancel the trial before that date. The checkout page also explains how to cancel the free trial if you prefer to end the subscription before auto-renew occurs.

Log into Vimeo, select your avatar in the upper right corner, and select Settings. Select Billing > Purchases.

Please check the information or try a different card. If you're receiving this error message, then it's likely that there's something wrong with the details of your payment method such as the billing address. We suggest you check what your bank has on file and update it if necessary and re-try.
